skin contact wine. orange wine. amber wine. call her whatever u want, she's back for a sixth vintage and this one might be my favorite yet. A GLUGGABLE SKIN CONTACT-Y WHITE is Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris left to hang out on their skins til the juice turns that gorgeous sunset amber, and what comes out the other side tastes like dried apricots and honeysuckle and jasmine tea, with a grippy lil tannic tug at the finish that lets u know this was never a regular white wine, and she's tart and a lil grassy and sooooo easy to drink, clean and bright and structured, an orange wine that wears it beautifully and doesn't make u work for it. when i taste this one i'm standing at a farm stand in august with my thumb through the skin of a sun-warm apricot, juice running down my wrist, not a napkin within a hundred miles. pour it cold-ish, like 50°, not arctic. she's a ringer next to anything fried or salty: a crispy fish sando, a mountain of cae sal, salt 'n vinny chips straight from the bag, a wedge of parm u eat with ur hands standing over the sink at 11pm. crack it. don't overthink it. 🍊🍷 Cépage (aka what's in it!): 40% Muscat 40% Pinot Gris 20% Chardonnay

Sustainably farmed grapes

At Drink This Wine, we only procure grapes from farmers who are as committed to the land as we are. The grapes we use are farmed by hands and never with chemicals. If it doesn't come from Mother Earth, it is not in our wine.
Ambient yeast

Our wines are fermented with naturally occurring yeasts, present on the grape skins and in the winery's environment, which allow us to initiate the fermentation process without adding cultured or commercial yeast strains.
Love & Time

Making wine the way we make it takes a lot of love and a lot of time. Unlike more commercial wineries, we don't use additives to correct mistakes or change the nature of our wine. Simply put, before we can pour wine in your glass, thousands of things have already gone right. Making you happy is one thousand and one.
