Spring came early and she brought snacks. A Sunny Spring-y Red is half Cabernet Franc, half white grapes. Yes, a red that's 50% white grapes, and that's the whole point. You get the red-fruit crunch and lil peppery snap of Cab Franc, lifted by Pinot Gris and Muscat into something bright, floral and wildly easy to drink. A chillable red that thinks it's a rosé on weekends.

Serving suggestion: 20 minutes in the fridge, then pour it with anything off the grill, a big herby salad, or a picnic blanket.

Cépage (aka what's in it!):

  • 50% Cabernet Franc: red fruit, a lil green-pepper crunch and structure
  • 25% Pinot Gris: texture and ripe orchard fruit
  • 25% Muscat: the perfume, all orange blossom and fresh flowers

Sustainably farmed grapes

At Drink This Wine, we only procure grapes from farmers who are as committed to the land as we are. The grapes we use are farmed by hands and never with chemicals. If it doesn't come from Mother Earth, it is not in our wine.
Ambient yeast

Our wines are fermented with naturally occurring yeasts, present on the grape skins and in the winery's environment, which allow us to initiate the fermentation process without adding cultured or commercial yeast strains.
Love & Time

Making wine the way we make it takes a lot of love and a lot of time. Unlike more commercial wineries, we don't use additives to correct mistakes or change the nature of our wine. Simply put, before we can pour wine in your glass, thousands of things have already gone right. Making you happy is one thousand and one.
