she's back!!! year two of A WARMING WINTER-ISH WHITE and i'll be honest, last year's vintage, her first, was gone so fast you just can’t camp on this one!!! here's the thing: everyone shoves white wine to the back of the fridge come october like it did something wrong. it did nothing. it's right there. it's waiting. this year's blend is all lemon curd and toasted almond and wet river stone, round and soft and textural in a way that fills ur whole mouth, with a lil hit of straw and struck matchstick from the Sauv Blanc and that deep golden richness only Chardonnay brings, and she's still got enough acid to cut clean through a heavy plate but she's warmmmm enough that u genuinely will not miss the red. do me one favor: pull her from the fridge twenty minutes before u pour. 55° is the move. drinking this one straight-up arctic is the fastest way to flatten everything good about her. the scene i keep picturing is a sunday where it's already dark at 4pm, there's a chicken in the oven, and somebody's beat u to the good chair. she wants that chicken with the skin gone shatteringly crispy. mushroom pasta with an irresponsible amount of parm. a braise that's been going since noon. a hunk of alpine cheese, a loaf of bread, a knife, done. pour slow. stay in. 🍋🍗 Cépage (aka what's in it!): 40% Sauvignon Blanc 40% Viognier 10% Pinot Gris 10% Chardonnay

Our signature recipes contain only the best ingredients:

Sustainably farmed grapes

At Drink This Wine, we only procure grapes from farmers who are as committed to the land as we are. The grapes we use are farmed by hands and never with chemicals. If it doesn't come from Mother Earth, it is not in our wine.

Ambient yeast

Our wines are fermented with naturally occurring yeasts, present on the grape skins and in the winery's environment, which allow us to initiate the fermentation process without adding cultured or commercial yeast strains.

Love & Time

Making wine the way we make it takes a lot of love and a lot of time. Unlike more commercial wineries, we don't use additives to correct mistakes or change the nature of our wine. Simply put, before we can pour wine in your glass, thousands of things have already gone right. Making you happy is one thousand and one.
