Sustainably farmed grapes
At Drink This Wine, we only procure grapes from farmers who are as committed to the land as we are. The grapes we use are farmed by hands and never with chemicals. If it doesn't come from Mother Earth, it is not in our wine.
Ambient yeast
Our wines are fermented with naturally occurring yeasts, present on the grape skins and in the winery's environment, which allow us to initiate the fermentation process without adding cultured or commercial yeast strains.
Love & Time
Making wine the way we make it takes a lot of love and a lot of time. Unlike more commercial wineries, we don't use additives to correct mistakes or change the nature of our wine. Simply put, before we can pour wine in your glass, thousands of things have already gone right. Making you happy is one thousand and one.
